I need some Graphic Design to create a card deck

I'm putting together a digital psychology tool kit and need to have it beautifully presented and on brand. The tool kit will consist of 22 cards, each covering a different digital psychology principle. Each card will consist of: Name of principle/Icon reflecting the principle Short description of principle Complementary principles (other principles that work well with this one) How that principle could be applied to digital An online example of that principle in action (could be an image or just a link) An influence score out of 10. The initial intention is to feature the cards online as PDF's, but at some point I may decide to get them made up as hard copy. All copy will be provided, I just need the designer to design the cards in line with brand guidelines (will be provided), source the imagery, and apply the content. I expect to pay around £50 for this project, and will require both interactive PDF's and the original InDesign files upon completion. All IP will remain with me.
