iPhone screens for communications app!

Are you an iOS screen design NINJA! I need a real professional who always needs every pixel to be perfect! The objective is to create some screens for an iPhone app. It is a communication app and the screen is a settings screen to add telephone numbers to the user's SIM card. On that screen there should be a list of currently active telephone numbers. The mock up screen should show the user having 4 numbers. Each number belongs to a different country (USA +1 212 555 1212, UK +44 755 349384, GER +49 1591 8849933, HKG +852 939 83823) Those numbers should show the country flag and they should also show a chevron (or other indication for users to know that the rows can be clicked). Clicking a row would take the user to the details screen [see details screen description further below] of that particular country/number. The user has the option to add additional countries (numbers). He will be shown a list of countries where each row shows the country flag. Clicking a row will show him the cost associated with adding such a number for one week, two weeks, one month or indefinitely. For details on that please see further down. For adding a number that will be automatically assigned to him he will be charged $4.99. For being able to pick a number of his choosing from a list he will be charged $9.99. [The Country / Number Details Screen] There he should see if there is a fixed expiration date for this number (that would change the number from active to inactive state). Also that screen should show him the cost associated with this number. The idea is to have the options of obtaining a number for one week, two weeks, one month or with indefinite expiration. One week, two weeks and one month duration will be billed upfront for the entire duration. One week = $9.99 Two weeks = $17.99 One month = $29.99 The indefinite plan with be billed per month up front for $29.99 The user should be able to cancel a number on this screen. The user should also be able change the number. When he decides to change the number he will be notified that this action is associated with a one time handling fee of $4.99 Once he agrees he will be assigned a new number. Alternatively he can change the number by choosing from a list of numbers to find a number that he prefers.
