Flowchart with many arrows

All, I want to insert a complicated flow-chart in a document I am writing but it needs to be better than what I can do alone with PPT or AI. You can see the chart in the image attached. I am simplifying the content as much as possible and have already considered break the big table down in three smaller tables. Yet, the large table would work better for the argument I am trying to make in the document. If you have an idea of how'd make this better, can do it quickly (a few days?) and inexpensively (it shouldn't take much time), do let me know.
