Design Admin Panel for Educational training course

We are creating at the moment backend (php code) for educational membership website. In this project we need front-end so layout and design od user panel where he will watch all education videos and read materials. Your task is to read below description of this membership web site and design all pages with required elements (like countdown clockes, table of packages etc.). It should be in colors like file i attached. Your final product should be only PSD files (or any other graphic software) Finally it will be about 10 pages based in one style with different elements / changed grids and areas. Website description: 1. Categories (4 main categories) 2. In Categories-> sub-categories (products) 3. In sub-categories Modules with -> list of lessons (lesson may be text, video or both) 4. Access to lessons should be protected (if users pays for month, for specified lesson, for whole course) 5. Access Packages - 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, 3 years 7. After each module there should be a quiz to pass exam 8. If users cases exam he will be given a certificate (PDF) 9. In each Module should be list of users who passed an exam 10 . There should be 3 levels of exam (basic, advanced, expert) 11. Some of categories/modules should be public, some available after signup, some only after signup and paid plan 13. Users who are not paying should be redirected after signup to pay (packages list) 14. Payment integration: Paypal (one time payment, recurring payments), PayU - you will be given tech API description) 15. There should be catalog with subcategories of people with passed exams. 16. Area where users may hire certified (after exam) users and pay them directly via our web site 17. Users may give feedback (star rating and text feedback, other may see it) 18. We must be able to set access (paid / free) not only of lessons but also on sub-categories and main categories 21. User may select language 22. User should have area to download invoice 23. Automated invoices (in PDF) should be generated and sent on email after each payment (you will be given tech API spec) 24. Each lesson should have comment area (with option to disable and modarate before publish by supervisor) 25. If user is on monthly-package he should see when specified lesson/category will be released to him (countdown) 30. Both admin area and user area protected (after signup and login) 31. Area in user and admin panel to edit personal data (and also set profile image) If you have questins, let me know.
