Hello there! I can propose to use the Google Apps for this task. So all the described processes could be accomplished through the spreadsheet interface. It will still be in the browser, but not on your website, but in Google spreadsheet. You can have a menu item where you could put in the link to aliexpress product, it would scrape all the info right into the spreadsheet, so each product will be a new line. Then say the first column would have a dropdown menu with "New / Approved" selection. Once you choose approved, the item will be moved to the next sheet, where you could select all other categories or tags etc. Once that is done you could export it to csv or any other format and automatically upload to your website for sale. The main advantage of the approach is that you don't need to deal with database at the back-end, which will be extremely easy to maintain and migrate. There are a lot of details we will need to think about, but I think it is an interesting project and totally doable. Although it is honestly not HKD2000 job, that is why the quote is double.
