We would like to create a online food ordering website and APP. this will have a complete What do we offer to customers? 1: Look up: We should be providing all information relevant to any restaurant to search for cousin wise, area wise, map integration to reach at location along with pictures. 2: We will be offering: All information related to menu (with pictures), dine in capacity, take away option, delivery services, total number of covers, specific deals, charges and price of item and services. 3: Bulk deals and deals on customer loyalty: As a part of promotional strategy both for restaurant and site we will be offering bulk deals as like groupon and loyalty for regular customers. (Display on main page as well as separate section). Same time special offers publishing in our website. 4: Individual accounts: We will be offering services to order online food by visiting as a gust or as a registered user, however if you are a registered user you will have better benefit and rewards options. Regularly you can check your rewards points and can redeem them whenever guest wants. 5: Payment: we will be offering payment option through cash, or card or e-wallet (like e-card where customer can buy our e-card and then can use that code every time with each log in/integrated to his account no. to get more rewards and privileges). 6: Customer support: Tracking of order, changing of order within stipulated time (let’s say within 5 minutes), order history, integration of point and editing customer info, payment info, address info. We will update customer in case of cancellation of order or decline of order. For our clients: 1: Back end support: real time back end support with following facilities: • : Real time ordering:- Client will have a log in id and support page which will show real time ordering , once customer has made an order on website it will pop up in a window at our clients computer screen with a ring sound and will shut off only once they check it. • : Than they will have an option to accept or decline order. In case of accept it will show a proper tracking and elapsed time until it is delivered (they have to click on the order to mark it delivered). • : In case of decline they have to mention the reason of decline or if any modification is required. (need a chat support here ) • Restaurant managers can alter delivery time and location to an extent. And it will change real time in our customer window. • Data support in the end of month to able to generate reports with date wise detail for invoice purpose Back end support 1: Should help us for proper updating of any changes any time (customer, restaurant info and for sales and audit purpose), user friendly and easy to understand. 2: Should help us to get data as: daily sales report, customer wise, area wise, restaurant wise, restaurant branch wise, hourly wise, meal wise, item wise, total sales wise, nationality wise, based on customer demographic (age, gender, salary, religion etc…) 3: For audit purpose: should have proper accounting integration to calculate various taxes, TDS or other expenses. 4: Should help us to quickly do relevant changes (offering new promos, cancelling items, changing menus, locations, theme, and information). 5: Integration of VOIP calling facility so our tech/ customer support team can call to any client (customer/ restaurants ) from existing database or through VOIP client support. 6: E wallet facility support: Should count and provides accurate data regarding customers balance in e-wallet and secure support.
