Single page site for BA

This particular project is about as simple as it gets. This is for a single page website, yes, only one page. The page, its contents and layout have already been designed. The logo work is complete. The text is going to be made up of two short paragraphs with an additional text element containing the contact information. The client in this case is looking for a minimalist, black and white design - this has already been done. I'm looking for someone to take this completed design and provide me with the HTML, CSS and image files for the completed web page. Cross browser compatibility is important to a point, meaning, I don't want it to look great in Chrome and not good in IE. The design should also function in mobile, i.e. be responsive, so if you'd like to use twitter bootstrap for example, that may help, but is not a requirement.
