Designer Required

We are a fashion, style and image company have a number of projects that I need a talented and reliable designer for. Our primary market is women so a female designer would be well received we have a lot of work that we would like someone to work on as a priority. Here is a taster of what we have on our books. I need some different designs for some digital Gift certifications for various occassions ie Birthday, Anniversary, Mothers Day, Christmas. Banners Print Advertising for magazines Landing Page Designs - multiple Website Design We need someone that is not only proficient in the design (photoshop) stage but also turning the design/psd into html ready for php injection and can make html/css tweaks as required. We have been burned before with contractors over invoicing us for hours they did not do so we will be using TimeTracker from now on. We were previously paying $9 per hour so we are looking for someone between $9-12 per hour. Please provide similar designs you have done in fashion/style/image/female industry. I DONT want to see a big list of sites that you have done that are not relevant to the type of designs I need. Providers that message me with a cut and pasted message who have obviously not taken the time to read this full project description will NOT be considered.
