re-design and modifications for cent-auctions website

We have a cent auctions script and want it modified to feel and looks, and some of the functionality of [login to view URL] Script already got similar functions only they need to be enhanced or optimized. The current layout is on here: [login to view URL] but the new URL will be [login to view URL] The script is build with cake php, so please make sure you are familiar with that So basically slider like the example, editable from admin, text must be indexable from Google, so no image text auctions view like example image few extra pages like (link)partnership like here [login to view URL] (which can be edited/added from admin and this one: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and we also want the the auction tool tips , auction type explanations, , and few spots for advertising Adsense code.(see images) Site will be in Dutch, so please make sure if you create buttons that i get the psd to translate buttons if any, but best is to use text over background. I really want fast loading site, with at least google pagespeed score of 95, so use of sprites like now, and table-less design Got more work for sure
