142682 Wordpress graphic headers

I want a graphic artist to create 3 simple but professional sets of graphics to suit the "clean copy 1" wordpress theme: [login to view URL] Each graphics set will consist of a header graphic, simple matching footer graphic and, if required, graphics for either side of the main content area to blend the content with the background. Examples of header graphics I like are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please note I am only wanting the background graphic itself - any foreground images & titles will be added later. I have attached an example for a header graphic in PSD similar to [login to view URL] The emphasis is on a modern, professional, "web 2.0" looking design such as the sites mentioned above. As you will see in the attached example and [login to view URL] I like graphic headers that have faded images in the background. These graphics will be used on business or consulting websites so any faded background graphics could include images of money, industry (metal cogs for example), business people etc. I want each of the designs supplied with options of blue, red and green color schemes. So 3 designs with 3 color schemes each. Here are the additional requirements. 1) Each design & color scheme must be provided with a full layered Photoshop PSD file with separate layers for background images, and other elements making up the design so that adjustments can easily be made. 2) Any images used in the designs must be 100% royalty free and either public domain, or using a license that allows for unrestricted commercial and non-commercial use. 3) Source locations must be supplied for any images used to verify that they are royalty free and freely distributable. 4) All copyrights to the designs will be transferred to me. 5) Each graphic should have an example website title and a sub-headline in a modern, professional font such as in the example websites listed above. Again, please use freely distributable fonts so that you can provide the font files along with the PSD files. If possible provide links to one or two examples of your graphic design work. Thank you.
