Need flash object for web page

I need a flash object that I can put on a web page that has an associated xml file so that the controls for the object are editable. It needs to be 980 wide and 308 height (that is the size of the grapics that will be in there) for right now we are starting with 5 pictures but we need to be able to edit that to whatever we need. Each picture needs to be clickable to a different URL (adjustable in the xml). We would like the starting object to be like the object on <[login to view URL]> but want to be able to adjust timing - etc from the xml.
