In Need of Ongoing Designers/Programmers

Hi, I have a small business that is need of a subcontractor designers/programmers. Ideally this would suit one person who has a team of designers and programmers working for them. I have roughly 5-10 jobs per week ranging from logo design, banner design, business cards, other graphic design, web design, website instalation, SEO, shopping carts the list goes on...you name it I have it..so I need a multi functional team that can provide these servcies at a reasonable cost for me to then deliver to my clients. PLEASE NOTE AND DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS: I need only EXCELLENT english speaking sub contractors. you will be sent a number of jobs per week of which you need to be online 7 days per week and long hours. You need to have the ability to deliver very high quality work. deliver works very quickly and on time. Need to deliver to me every week day a job status spreadsheet that explains to me where each job is at. Need to know how to test and implement shopping carts etc. need to understand that all works sent to you are high confidential and remain the property of my business. I deliver them to the client and you are to have no direct contact with my clients, nor can you use the works you develop for your own portfolio. These requires one wishing to establish a long term working relationship with a australian based design bsuiness...one that can give you ghih volumes of ongoing work, but only for the right persons...if you let me down I let you go and wont use you any longer simple!
