Easy picture edit

I need to update my website. The website is: [login to view URL] Their are two things we would like to update. Our logo and the picture of the sleeping baby. Both should though stay within the general theme of the website. I would love to see ideas on using the picture space to show pictures of our products and with space to place text with offers that we can offer. We will soon add this product to our line: [login to view URL] and would love to see ideas on using that in the banner also. If quality of the work is good then there is a high chance of recurring work on this and other websites we own. The websites name means "Dreamland" in our language. If there are any further questions or if anything is unclear please let us know. The spaces can be jpg, gif or Flash. If anyone has good flash skills then maby this space can be put into better use...?
