Create Shopping Community For Users

Hi I want to create a shopping community that users can log into and create their own online store, all design work will have to be created by the winning bidder as i have no art work to use on this project. It should have the capacity for people to create online stores where they can sell their products. The site visitors should be able to register and supply their preferences, nationality, and important details that can be used to categorise the users to a niche. The site should have a rich user interface. The site should be modern with a flash advertising banner Each user can have the option of registering as a regular user or a company. Each user will have the option on visiting the site of browsing products, Online Stores or Creating their own store When a user is creating a store they will have an option to use a Template which they can customise with their own header / Footer if required An option of adding more templates will be required Each user will have a profile where on logging in, they get presented with their products display based on their location and their preferences. The site should have a way customizing and adding new payment processing platforms. The products from individual online store on the ecommerce site should be displayed to site visitors based on their location, or preferences.
