Clock/Timer website

I am working on a project where I will feature clocks that users can set to measure different things. The clocks should be set up in flash, and be displayed in the way that videos are displayed onyoutube. The site design should also be similar to youtube , where users can comment on the clocks, or add their own. Users should also be able to create a personal page to track different clocks and manage them. I will need many different templates for the clocks, and they will need to be easily exportable for use on other pages- just like a youtube video. Please let me know if you have the skills to create these designs in flash, and the ability to design a simple youtube like site around them. Database and OS choice are up to you, but I would prefer MySQL. Thank you
