we can use hypermesh for hexa and tetra modelling. based on your requirement I can model both type of meshing . I need to study the model first and need to know your quality based on which we can model. if the model is simple I will try to deliver with the days specified . I have quoted for max possible days. I have 5 year of experience in FEA including shell, solid (hexa, penta, and tetra) meshing. Many projects done for CFD meshing which takes too much effort. I have also done tetra meshing of some automobile cars. I uses Altair Hypermesh software for meshing work.
