Stellar Virtual & Personal Assistant to busy entrepreneur

Hello! I am currently starting up my business and I need a Virtual Assistant to take a few tasks off my plate. My assistant and I will work closely and there is potential for this vacancy increasing both in hourly rate and in hours, if the right candidate is found. But for now, I'm willing to give $50 per month. You need to work Monday to Friday for around 4 hours every day. The timeschedule is flexible. I will start conducting skype interviews from Monday and the right candidate/s will be offered a paid test job (1-2 hours). If I find the best match, I will close the test contract and open a new one. Newbies are preferred as long as your level of English is very good both in spoken and written. If you speak with an accent it's okay, but if your level of understanding is limited, then this is a problem. As mentioned before, interviews will be conducted by skype (skype calls) exclusively. You will be mostly doing internet research and other light administration tasks as required. A good internet connection and a skype account are needed for communication. You need to have basic Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and be very proficient with calendar management because you will be handling my calendar.
