Digital Marketing Manager needed for Indian digital marketing agency

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER NEEDED!! We are a digital marketing agency based in New Delhi, India that specializes in sales, lead generation, and marketing management for high-ticket services using search and social channels. We pride ourselves on delivering ROI-positive campaigns using best-practice digital marketing. We are looking for a digital marketing agency that can work with a to ensure campaigns are delivered and set perfectly on time to meet client expectations. You will also work closely with the agency principal to further develop existing agency processes and manage day-to-day campaign co-ordination. This is a remote working job, giving you the flexibility to work from home (or wherever you want) RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in developing agency process and building the systems to facilitate these -- Client onboarding and setting up/administering projects in our project management system -- Facilitating the day to day project management on our client marketing campaigns - Inbox Management - Passing on information received from clients to relevant internal specialists -- Updating work briefs -Ensuring tasks are being completed on time -running campaigns with ROAS result with reports and analytics needed -Quality assurance checks on all work to ensure it meets specifications covering -- Google Ads campaigns --SEO Campaigns -- Facebook Ads -- Ad creative and page design -- Landing page development - Problem-solving implementation roadblocks the team encounters - Assist in preparing client updates and reports - Assist in preparing sales proposals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To be successful in this role, you will - Be proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently in situations where information may be lacking - be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities - have good knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Paid social advertising - have extremely high attention to detail. - be a creative problem solver - be a strategic thinker - be a team leader and lead a team that is completely new to this YOU WILL ALSO HAVE - Min 3 years digital marketing experience, preferably in account management, marketing manager, or marketing project management role where you managed Google Ads, SEO and Paid Social campaigns. Candidates with experience working for a digital marketing agency will be highly regarded. - Min 2 years experience managing WordPress sites WORK HOURS Candidates can work whenever they want to but they should deliver the work/task on time. If you could work on the IST time zone then you'll be highly regarded.
