As per the given information I got very clear idea about this job. I’m really interesting in this data entry field. I have two years worked experience in this field. I worked as an outsourced typist attached to the recruitment unit-Human Resources Department of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC. As a typist I had to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, I maintained databases in excel for recruitments. Typed letters, agreements, contracts, offer letters and etc. Merged calling letters, fail letters by using mail merge option in MS Word. I have good knowledge in Excel formulas and functions and also I had done administrative duties including copying, faxing documents, answering telephones, transferring data and Emailing documents. I am a part time freelancer and I am 100% concerned about accuracy of my work. I take direction well and can complete a heavy workload and complete projects under minimum supervision.
