Need a text extract formula for excel. The formula needs to locate one of the following phrases (the first time it occurs) in a cell: LLC Limited Liability Company Limited Ltd Ltd. Co Partnership Limited Partnership PC Professional Company and then return that phrase along with all of the text before it until it reaches a ";" If there is no ";" it returns everything before the phrase Example 1, a cell may contain the following: J Chris Kantarian MD; James A Wolf MD; Jessica C Morales DO; Jozef A Ottowicz MD; Steven R Casos MD; St Luke's Clinic - Treasure Valley LLC; St Luke's Regional Medical Center Ltd.; ABC Corp.; XYZ Inc.; YYZ Limited Hence, the formula would only extract: St Luke's Clinic - Treasure Valley LLC (with no leading spaces) Example 2, a cell may contain the following: XYZ LLC; Jim Smith; Alice Smith Hence, the formula would only extract: XYZ LLC Example 3, a cell may contain only: XYZ LLC (where there is no “;” in the text) Hence, the formula would return: XYZ LLC
