For this kind of application you should use access, not excel. You will need to have tables that will store information about Pilots (LicenceNumber, FirstName, LastName...), Airplanes (AirplaneNumber, Model, FuelConsumptionPerHour...), and table that will store information about Flights (DepartureAerodrome, Destination, NumberOfPeople....).
For almost every field you can have dropdowns, which will provide faster entry, and prevent typing mistakes. When database with forms is created, last thing are reports.
If a fuel consumption per hour is constant for each airplane, it can be automatically calculated by multiplying Time in the air with Fuel FuelConsumptionPerHour in Airplane table.
