Hello, The reason I am responding is that I know how customer support should be working, I have 3 years long 150 agents working on my floor where i was responsible and also i did customer support my self next to them It is important that the customer feels understood he has the idea that someone listening to him whether someone who does have a question has a normal order or someone who is very angry.
