Hi, I can design for you wifi module and program it to connect it to a router. Do you have a lamp design or you want to build adapter for lamp? How do you want to control the fan? from outside or from the inside? I have lot of experience in designing this sort of gadget. If your serious, I will build it for you. I will build it as a prototype Then you will test it. Later I will make a serial product out of it

I can make you device with wifi module which do what you want... How do you have plan set 25%, 50%, 75% on outputs? By voltage drop or some PWM? Will server connect to device(do some http/tcp request) or will device get data from server(periodicly check server)? Also there is option for remote firmware update, remote configuration... How many devices do you have plan to need/sell? Let me know if you are interested...
