Hello, I am an expert in elearning systems and development including instructional design with over 13 years of experience and would be happy to work with you on your project. uPerform is one of the least used software, but since you already have developed courses in it then it is better to use it. I can do the changes you want and can create the needed SCORM files and if you like I can even upload them to your LMS and ensure they are working fine, sometimes a SCORM file may need a little code tweeking which I can do changes in the code as well.
