Hi, As mentioned in your description here is the word 'schmozza'. Before taking this project I would like to know to few details about the database side. 1. How many duplicate tables are there. 2. It requires to add an additional column(as per my assumption with out seeing the data). So if we change are there any impacts in other linked areas? 3. I'm an expert in Database like Oracle, Sybase, MySQL. I've performed all functions from Administration and Modeling to actual SQL coding including stored procedures, triggers, functions etc. I have participated in many kinds of project and all them require loading external data files into appropriate table By modeling of Database I mean creating truly relational and normalized design to create the entire database for any entity. I'm very much experienced Data Entry person. I always find the way to automate the process of the External Data Files to extract required information and load it into the Database. My skills include but not limited to Data Processing, Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Unix, Grep, Data Bases etc. It is apparent that your Database is not normalized i.e. not really relational. I can correct it but it is not that simple. After correcting your Database Model we have to think about implementation. You can't just remove fields from the table without loosing data so we need to save this data in let say a temporary table and then insert it in a new ones . I do not want to install Oracle on my computer but I can work remotely by lo-gin into your instance of Oracle. That said the amount of work to be done does not fit your budget! The bottom line is that I would be more than happy to work on your project. Of course I will need detailed information to complete your project properly and on a timely basis. As your information, If you have one site can connect to all site. we can get data directly by PL/SQL or SQL Loader to import data to target table or using Materialized View. I have experiences about migration and integration data with PL/SQL from many source to one target as your project. If not, we need to discuss How to load data from source to target site? before design and develop as your request later.
