I am in immediate need of a highly competent and organised Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be tasked with the below responsibilities across both of my companies: - Managing emails and appointments: Keep track of relevant email communications and ensure that all appointments are scheduled effectively. - Organizing and maintaining files and documents: Maintaining an organized system of files and documents for hassle-free retrieval and efficient record-keeping. - Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements: Smooth coordination of all meetings and travel, keeping in mind different constraints and schedules. This role demands an investment of more than 20 hours per week across both companies, hence it is essential that the chosen assistant be able to handle this commitment efficiently. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proactive quick thinker - Strong organizational skills - Highly reliable - Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Prior experience as an executive assistant Get on board ASAP to help me keep everything in check!
