Virtual Assistant / e-commerce customer support

We run a k-beauty brand selling high end, innovative, unique and patented anti-aging products. We sell worldwide, e-commerce only. We receive dozens of support requests through Gmail, Facebook comments and messages every day > experience and rapidity + efficiency are highly required! We require someone with great customer service experience to help respond to emails and comments + messages on Facebook. We will provide answers to some of common questions we receive. From time to time, the candidate may be required to log into our Shopify store to look up orders and refunds. In addition, concerning emails about products returns, a detailed excel file will be sent every week. Duties include: Checking and answering comments on Facebook Responding to private messages on Facebook Responding to emails Cancelled subscriptions' emails should be answered then forwarded to us - email address will be provided later - cancellations are proceeded internally. Solving customer problems such as a change in their order etc. Solving customer inquiries such as the status of their order, how long before their shipment arrives, etc Looking up orders in Shopify when required Moderating comments on Facebook posts, hiding complaints, deleting slander Qualities needed: Excellent English comprehension and writing ability Courteous and compassionate customer service Problem-solving ability Facebook experience Interest in Beauty / anti aging treatments is an asset Ideally, the candidate has experience with ecommerce.
