Hi, I have perfect English grammar. I have 3 years of experience in email handling of US customers, which gave me excellent customer handling skills via text. I can write very clean emails in a professional way. I have provided email support for a product Rabbit TV. I have also provided email support for an App builder software. I have also great phone skills if there is any call handling required. I can speak English and Urdu/Hindi. I have overall more than 6 years of experience in customer handling. I will be honest, this is my first freelance job. I have been working in IT for the last 15yrs and am very familiar with everything IT related and can type around 100 words per minute. I would definitely be a huge asset to any company since i'm a hard worker and put my 100% into every job i do.

I'm very interested to apply for this position.I was a call center agent for the past years in the leading BPO company here in the Philippines. Worked for US financial and telecommunications accounts in the call center like Salliemae, Ebay NA and T-Mobile USA. Calls are both International Inbound and Outbound.I was a part of General Care Representatives w/c handles all the concern of the customers including troubleshooting, refunds, new accounts, order processing, delivery requests, up selling and billing.I do have experiences how to talk and work w/ customers especially how to give good customer service. I also worked as a VA for a seller in Amazon and as an appointment setter for a Timeshare marketing firm and a Car Dealer company.
