We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our motivated team. • Provide our clients with a professional service in a clear, accurate, and timely manner over the phone and via online chat/emails • Be willing to learn and follow instructions • Be responsible for the end to end customer interaction to maximize customer satisfaction • Great phone manner and excellent communication skills • Be able to negotiate and resolve customer issues, actively listening and be solution focused • Build positive relationships with customers ensuring a quality experience • Work efficiently and effectively in a high volume fast paced multichannel environment • Embrace, acknowledge and act upon constructive feedback • Work collaborative in a team environment • Work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality 40+ Hours a week on a 7 day roster.
