Simple CSS Modifications to PHP Helpdesk Software

I need some css modification to my current php-powered help-desk portal. The templating system is in several php files, which are clearly labeled in the portal admin section (I've included a screenshot of the files-the vast majority of which won't need to be modified as they involve functionality we don't use, like user forums). This job will consist of: 1. moving the home page elements around to look like the provided screenshot. 2. make two minor modifications on the home page and all the linked to pages (changing the header color and removing the black border around everything). After you've been selected, you'll get the login info to the help portal, where you can directly modify the template files from the web based editor. This is a pretty simple job for someone who's familiar with CMS systems and we're hoping to get it done right away. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
