Integrated CLR Profiler dll

I would like to build a profiler that is integrated into our application. An article on how to build a profiler is here: [login to view URL] The profiler must be written in c++ and expose interface (WCF? so I can call it from a c# gui). I would like to be able to (from c# code) - start profile (on current application) - stop profile - get profile results (data structure) - provide some filtering criteria After we get basics running, we will design the output data structure as well as filter structure (names, time thresholds, etc) The program also must be able to query and return results from the memory side of the profiling API. Milestone 1 is getting a very basic hook (outputting to a file) for both memory and call stack (basically what is in that codeproject article).
