Get traffic to my health site.

I need traffic from US visitors to this health site: [login to view URL] BACKGROUND: The site runs on Joomla 1.5 and provides some original information about high cholesterol and heart disease. It also sells a dietary supplement. It's in the top-3 at [login to view URL] for "cholesterol converter", "convert cholesterol units" and the like. It was in the top-20 for "cholesterol values" ([login to view URL]), but then dropped out to 200+. GOAL: 1) Get 500 "high quality" unique visitors from the US to my site daily, i.e. they must be truly interested in the site's content (no bouncers, i.e., visitors must be at least 15 seconds on the site). If you manage 500 non-bouncers (daily average over 30 days), I'll pay 300$ for the first 30 days, and another 200$ for the following 30 days. I'll double these numbers if you manage 1500 unique visitors daily (non-bouncers) from the US. 2) (optional) Get me in the top-10 for one of the following keywords at [login to view URL] for at least 20 days out of 30 (starting from the first day it reaches the top-10). I'll pay the following bonuses for the indicated keyword or keyword combinations: • cholesterol, cholesterol levels, heart risk, coronary heart disease, heart vitamins (200$ each) • cholesterol level, normal cholesterol, high cholesterol (150$ each) • cholesterol chart, cholesterol values, cholesterol readings, plant sterols (50$ each) 3) If you get the Google pagerank of [login to view URL] to 3, I'll pay 250$; and 500$ if it goes to 4 (must be stable for 30 days). STRATEGIES: How you do it is up to you, but it must be 100% legal and mustn't damage the site's standing at Google. So please go slowly and don't rush it with too many one-way links at once etc. Also, I don't want to pay for keywords and links, but maybe you can convince me otherwise. I would especially like to see article submissions, or some other form of useful copywriting, but only relevant contributions to relevant sites, no spamming of forums, social bookmark sites and social networks!
