Technical / academic writing (related to conference / journal publications)

Hi, I need someone who is either a EECS/Computer Science/Engineering student or graduate, to organize 2 of my researches (new algorithms developed) into a conference/journal research paper (format and write the paper after understanding the research). I have written some research papers ealier, so I will guiding you with details. The two papers are on: 1) Image Compression 2) VLSI Routing (in electronic design automation - related to Lee's maze routing). I am not necessarily looking at the same person for both the tasks (they are in slightly different fields). The contents for both papers should be easy to understand (nothing too complex - and I will actively help). I am ideally looking for 1) Someone from Computer Science - and who is "into" algorithms. 2) Someone who is comfortable and experienced in English (obvious point for this project) 3) Someone who has written atleast one publication (joint or singly) earlier [this would be a big plus] 4) If (3) is not met, you should have atleast "read" many research papers and written some internal reports. 5) Experience in the respective field (Image Compression / VLSI routing) will be big plus. * We will sit together over skype/gtalk every day for an hour or so for the project duration. * Use of Latex is a must (gui version okay). * My budget is slightly flexible - I am looking for good people. The primary reasons I am not writing this myself is: 1) A very busy schedule 2) Some computer injuries (wrists/eyestrain) due to excessive typing I am looking for someone who will do this very sincerely and nicely - this is a personal work and ofcourse very important to me :).
