Need writers for 400 word articles

Hello, I am looking for high quality writers (preferably native English but non-natives with perfect English skills may apply too) to write unique articles on a regular basis. I will supply you with the topics and keyword phrases. If you are not familiar with a topic submitted you need to do a bit of research. I need 5 articles submitted from each candidate per day, and I need 25 articles per week from each writer. If you are a good writer the volume of articles might increase as well (up to 10 articles per day). Instead of writing articles from scratch you also may rewrite articles but keep in mind that they have to be at least 85% unique. I will review them via Copyscape and if an article you submit to me does not pass Copyscape or has tons of spelling and punctuation mistakes, you will not be paid for that article until it is corrected and resubmitted to me for approval. The articles need to have 400-600 words each, they need to be unique and concise. I pay $1.00 per 400-600 word article. Payment will increase with proven reliability and writing skills. At the moment I'm looking for about 5 writers that are reliable and interested in a long term partnership. The keywords for the topics I provide should be used in a normal and conversational way throughout the articles. It is important that the keyword or keyword phrase is mentioned in the article title as well as in the first sentence. You should also use it another 10-12 times throughout the article. I pay via Paypal within 24 hours of completion of each 25 article project, so the sooner you can finish the articles the sooner you will receive payment. When I hire a new writer I pay them 10 USD at completion of the first 10 article batch to show that I pay. Keep in mind that the articles need to be informative to the reader with 100% correct grammar and punctuation. Furthermore you agree that upon sending me the articles all rights to the rewritten articles transfer to me. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these articles in any way. Please be able to communicate at least once a day via email or messenger. Bids will only be considered with a sample article on a topic that I choose.
