Write a telemarketing sales script and email - URGENT

I own a website design and SEO (search engine optimization) company. I need a sales script for people to cold call small businesses and sell them our services. I also need a handful of rebuttals. I'll go over everything you need to know about the industry and the "tough points" we have to overcome to sell it. It's a very hard service to sell as most people don't seem to understand what a monumental difference it will make in their business, nor do they understand WHAT it is (SEO), so they can't justify the large price tag for it. I need a script that can explain things to them in laymens terms and bridge that gap. So far, I've only been able to sell people who are already a little experienced in the industry and understand the value of SEO, but those people are RARE. I need to reach everyone I call. I also need to overcome (rebuttals), people who have been scammed by a bad SEO company before, that's becoming more common which makes my job harder. We're a results oriented company that actually delivers on what we sell them. I also need the pitch written for a sales email that we can send to prospective small business clients. Something catchy, not spammy. This would be used for initial contact with potential clients, and also for those who we've spoke to on the phone that request email information about us. It should have calls to action and build urgency to reach out and hire us to do their SEO so their business can grow. Last, I need a email pitch to send to potential partners in the industry that could refer business to us and make a substantial commission doing so. We would utilize this email as initial contact and as a follow up per their request on the phone to learn more via email. I'll provide the specs that need to be included, it's simple.
