Method statement for a building project in London

I have completed these types of projects in my 10 years of experience in this field. Also i have completed my M. Tech. Structure

I am an experienced construction project manager on high end residential and commercial projects across central London. I have a lot of experience delivering all types of CDM documents needed for planning, insurance, building control, party wall agreements and other such requirements. A method statement should be no problem. Please can you provide more detail so I can give you a better breakdown. If you have a floor plan, designs and/or a scope of works that would be most helpful but I am sure I can work with what you have.
