Pentest Labs LLC is a perfect choice for this project, we have developed a piece of software very similar utilizing nmap. We are more than capable of developing this application and ensuring it is secure. We can utilize a single server to do everything or offload the work to include multiple task servers. We can have this up and running rather quickly. Our developer we would have on this project is more than capable of producing this software with minimum issues. We could have this done in as little has 1 month at 5 hours a week. This is negotiable further.
