Budgeting Website

I need a budgeting website like [login to view URL] - But without the automated stuff the design is like heaps only. The main function I need is the user is able to add his/her own income. Then just add his/her expenses and categorize payment type like (Power Bill, Petrol, Movies, Restaurant) - So like a drop down screen. And it has also function for client to create also like future goals for saving like (eg. buy a house, Holiday - so future things for projects like that) And the final function is that all of the amounts of the people spend is tally onto a website front end so eg. group the cost type - (Movies - $xxx,xxx,xxx and Petrol - $xxx,xxx,xxx and Power Bills - $xxx,xxx,xxx) Results page.
