I live in Houston Texas and i need drawings for a Food Trailer that i have to submit to the local government for approval. They are asking for the following (abbreviated, pages 3-5 of the attached file go into greater detail) Provide one (1) properly prepared plan (no larger than 11”x17”) including any specifications. Submit plans in original text print format or in color (no xerox copies). Show business name and owner on the plans. Number each page of the plans for reference. Drawn layouts must include a floor plan, plumbing diagram, equipment elevations, unit exterior, and a complete equipment lay-out with full details indicated on the checklist. Plans and menu must be clear, have legible print, and not present any conflicting information. Show or specify all items on the check list to be included on the plans. I have already made a list of the equipment and have drawn out, on graph paper, a rough overall drawing of how I want it laid out. The trailer is 34 foot long by 8.5 wide by 7 foot tall. Only the Back 20 feet will be the food trailer, the front 14 foot will be a COMPLETELY separated living space. (Just bedroom and bathroom/shower). The fresh water and waste water tanks might have to be stored in the living space. When a person is awarded this job i will send or upload the drawings i have already made. I will be the one that builds this food trailer so if you are also a builder please do Not try and sell me a food trailer that you build.
