Silverlight 4.0 OOB Screen Capture App

This project is to create a Silerlight 4.0 out of browser application for screen capture an annotation. This application should have the following features 1. button to 'start to capture' 2. pick a region (drag a square) - capture (on finishing region pick) 3. capture whole screen 4. annotate the screencapture - highlight - draw lines - type text 5. capture another (while in same session) 6. save (as png or as zip of png's if there is more than one) 7. call webservice with file details this app should work like the snippet tool in windows 7 or snagit (but a simplier version) capturing a screencam of the screen would be a bonus if it can be done. (as another option) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
