Multi Sessions Browser

Hi all, I'd like to build an application which provides a user interface that allows the following : 1- Open Session: add URL in URL textbox, then click add session. It will add new session with this URL, and it will take random, unique proxy from proxy list. 2- Redirect Sessions: add URL in URL textbox, then click Redirect session, it will redirect all sessions to this URL. 3- End all sessions: Click on End all sessions button to close all sessions. 4- End session and Change proxy buttons: each session will have below it two buttons, one for end this session, and the other for change proxt for session and refresh it with this new proxy. 5- Small sessions window: After create session, redirect it to correct URL, now it will be small window with other sessions window, once click on this small session, will open pop window for this session to enter account login data. POP session must be as in image "[login to view URL]", include textbox to change URL, Go button, Next, Back, and Refresh buttons. Each small sessions window, must be active always, no pause time there. 6- Manage proxies: Tab for add, edit, and delete proxies, that the sessions will get random unique proxy from this list to work using it. 7- Save Sessions: After close the app, it will save opened sessions with each proxy and the profile logged in in that session in app folder. 8- each browsers session must have it's own profile/session so when I login to a webpage through one of the sessions it should save it so when next time i open them after closure, it should remember the login details if i click 'remember me on that webpage'. 9- App must be fast, easy to use, the proxy type: Socks5, APP design must be as in the images the same "[login to view URL], [login to view URL]". 10- The developer, must be expert with C#.NET especially in "CEFsharp", "Socks5". He will send us before hire him what he will use to make sessions, what browser type he will use, Sure not IE, we need advance browser tools, else it will not work. 11- The price will be from 30$ - 250$ at max.
