I would like to create a way to clean up the language in electronic books. VidAngel cleans up movies and television programs, and I think there is a way to clean up music, but as far as I know there is no way to clean up electronic books. I love to read, but I have had to stop reading books that are interesting to me because of the profanity. I'm not sure how to make this happen, but it would be great if someone could check off the words they do not want to see, and then have the book run through the program, and those offensive words are blacked out. Then if you have rented the book, the black out will be gone when you return it. I checked on doing this a few years ago and I was told that the book would have to go through a separate web page and be scanned each time the book was opened. This was too clumsy and I don't think people would be interested in taking the time to make this happen each time. I would need this for Kindle ebooks, as well as books read on tablets and computers, both Mac and whatever the other system is called.
