ADFS SharePoint 2013 - Domain Group permissions not working

I have ADFS working with SharePoint 2013 and have LDAPCP deployed. We have users working fine but whenever I add a domain group sharepoint is not recognizing the permissions. This needs to be a remote session via screen share, I don't expect this to take long with someone who knows how. I need it fixing either tomorrow or Friday. Happy to pay up to £100 to get this fixed.
