Remote Access

I need to have a class written in C# or C/C++ that will allow me to have remote access to another computer. It also can be made in Java or Javascrit (if it is possible) you can come with any suggestion for remote access. In fact any language just to work It can utilize ports 80 and/or 443. Here is another way of describing it: Server Module: Accepts connections as sort of a gateway between Controller Module and Client Module. Client Module: Waiting to be controlled. Controller Module: Begins a session to control the Client Module. You must use Mirror Driver technology for video display. It must be free or open source. The Mirror Driver needs the ability to be installed programatically. I don't need a fancy GUI as that will be designed later. Must work with XP and above. 32 or 64 bit.
