Service Based Shopify Application (Escrow)

Escrow as Service PROSPECTUS – ESCROWBAR Brief :- The service will be used by e-commerce merchants in India. The service (or escrow as a service) will be used by merchants as a payments processor (similar to RAZORPAY, STRIPE or CASHFREE). Now, here’s what will happen whenever a customer pays to e-commerce merchant through our service. 1. Customer makes the payment online (through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, UPI, Paytm or any other wallets) 2. Our company EscrowBar receives the payment (we will be using CASHFREE’s API to process the payments) 3. Whenever the customer receives the products and asks us to release the payment, we will release the payment to the e-commerce merchant (Again we will be using CASHFREE as our payment processor).
