Hi!, My name is Luis Contreras!, I am an Audio Engineer with 17+ years of experience Composing, Recording and Mixing Music. I know pretty well the kind of task that have to be done with your recordings as I am always recording and cleaning dialogs for the documentaries on which I also compose the music. I am the kind of Audio Engineer that aims for the best results without compromising the overall quality of the raw material. From my experience is not that much about noise reduction most of the time, but to aim for the best "signal to noise ratio" whenever possible (of course at the end of the day it all depends on the nature of the material). But certainly I am always looking to have a good rhythm on my editing, a nice timbre with a natural compression on the dialog and some deessing if necessary.
