Asterisk VoIP AstLinux - Cloud PBX minimal installation

Hello, I need a documentation to build a secure and reliable cloud AstLinux PBX. I'm looking for an expert in Asterisk AstLinux. The instructions must be clear. We cannot use any web GUI such as FreePBX. We have to use the minimal AstLinux distribution from: [login to view URL] I can get it up and running, upload the ISO image to a cloud VM, open all the TCP and UDP ports, and give you full access to the server. We have to use PJSIP. - Please configure basic security - Find a way to password protect the web interface on port 443, the Status tab is visible to the public. - On hold / Wait music should play a custom .WAV or .MP3 file. Any recommendation and advise from your expertise is highly valuable to us and may result to more future work.
