move small asp website from win2003 server to win2012 server

I need your help to configure a winserver2012R2 IIS to run a website which was on a winserver2003 IIS asp. - i've already copied the files over from the old server, to the new server - we have remote access to both servers - the old server is online. we need to config the site on the server, and swap the ips, to make the new server take over. - the old server has a ssl cert. we need the cert on the new server as well. - the old server was also handling pc logins. help me setup the new server to handle the login for 4 users. - this whole job is a 1-2 hour job. i want to do this in the next 2-4 hours. - you must have skype voice capability so we can talk and get it done.
