RUSH JOB - Code a simple webpage thermometer animation for Fundraising event

Hi, We are having a fundraising event and what we need is to have a 1 webpage that will show a big thermometer. The thermometer's range is $0 to $140,000. So instead of showing temperature, it will be the $ value depicting increasing heat as more donations are received. It should show the actual donated $ amount At the start of the fundraising event, the thermometer is at $0. Whenever someone makes a donation, we will manually input the data in an Excel file that has a cell showing Total Amount Raised (see attached Excel file sample). Example scenario - someone donates $100 then we will input $100 in the Excel file. The Excel file will show a Total Amount Raised at $100. Then the webpage will show an animation of the thermometer moving from $0 to $100. And if another person donates say $1500 then we will input $1500 in the Excel file. The Excel file will now show a Total Amount Raised at $1600. Then the webpage will show an animation of the thermometer moving from $100 to $1600. The webpage is not going to be hosted in a domain. It will just be on an air-gapped computer that will be connected to a projector to show the webpage to all the Fundraising event attendees. This is a RUSH Project. Timeframe to have the completed webpage is within 3 hours from posting this project. There is no extension as the event is within the next 3.5 hours. Please let me know if you have any questions.
