3D Modeling and drafting

I'm looking for a modeler and animator who can make a small animation for a campaign I'm gonna be launching a mobile app. I'm attaching a perfect reference about what I'm looking for, also, you should have experience with: - Mobile friendly modeling (No high poly, the model will be displayed on a mobile phone). - Unity 3D (Optional but a GREAT plus if you can test your model in Unity and pack it as a .unitypackage). - Texturing - Custom animation (The animation we will need is a 10 to 15 seconds animation in a loop about the avatar dancing we will provide the video for reference).
